Matthew Mahoney is a seasoned construction professional and the founder of Winlow Construction. A graduate of Montana State University, Matthew moved to Northern Virginia in 2016 where he applied his engineering background to work in some of the DMV’s most notable buildings. An award-winning project manager with diverse experience, he launched Winlow Construction in 2024. He is licensed for both residential and commercial work in Virginia, Maryland and Washington DC, and resides in Arlington with his wife Lauren and their first child.
